Pitcher Brings in NC Top Rookie Trophy Saturday, May 1st , 2021 April was a special time for Indianapolis hurler, Jesse Walker. It was such an outstanding month that the National Conference named him the league's #1 newcomer and awarded him the Rookie of the Month trophy. Last month Walker cruised through the NC with 3 wins and 1 loss and a 1.64 ERA as he fanned 21 in 38.1 innings and held opponents to a .197 batting average. |
