Roseman Raps New York for 5 Hits
Saturday, April 11th , 2026
It was a high-five day for Brian Roseman, at least for a while.
The Boston third baseman got plenty of them from his teammates when he reached the five-hit milestone during today's game against the New York Nightmare, but they were in short supply at the end, as New York won the game, 8-7. Roseman finished with an impressive 5-for-5 line, but the Whistlers couldn't hold off the Nightmare.
"Brian was hitting everything," said Whistlers manager Mike Plocher. "It's too bad the other guys couldn't rise to the occasion."
Brian Roseman singled in the 1st, doubled in the 3rd, singled in the 4th, hit an RBI single in the 6th and singled in the 9th.
Thus far this year, Roseman is batting .368 with 2 home runs, 6 RBIs and 5 runs scored.
