Detroit's Garst Injured, Out of Lineup Friday, March 14th , 2025 Mike Garst of the Detroit Giants was injured in today's game against Austin and had to be helped off the field by the trainers. The initial diagnosis is a torn meniscus, and he is expected to be out for up to 4 months. It happened while Garst was throwing a pitch. "It hurt a lot, to be honest. I just hope it heals soon and I can get back on the field." |
