Fountain Hills Closer Hurt Thursday, March 19th , 2026 Wade McGonigle of the Fountain Hills 23ers was injured in today's game against Austin and had to be helped off the field by the trainers. The initial diagnosis is a hamstring strain, and he is expected to be out for up to 3 weeks. It happened while McGonigle was throwing a pitch. "It hurt a lot, to be honest. I just hope it heals soon and I can get back on the field." |
