Hollywood's Meyers Will Miss Season Monday, March 29th , 2021 Bill Meyers has to call it a season. The Hollywood Stars designated hitter sustained a season-ending injury against the San Francisco Fire and will not play again this year according to club doctors. Meyers was injured while throwing a pitch. His doctors diagnosed it as a ruptured disc and stated that he would not be able to play for 9 months. |
