After spending months fine-tuning his mechanics and focusing on explosive strength, Balletta has emerged with a noticeable bump in speed, positioning him for a strong year with the Westwood Bruins organization. Working closely with the team's performance staff, Tom Balletta revamped his training regimen, focusing on building power from the ground up. Through targeted strength training, mobility work, and explosive movement drills, he was able to speed up his delivery and add torque. The results? A primary pitch that now regularly hits new highs, with his secondary pitches gaining more life and movement as well. “I’ve put in a lot of work this offseason to push my velocity higher, and it’s been amazing to see that pay off,” Tom Balletta said. “I feel stronger, and my stuff has more bite.
