Rick Collins Feels 'Better than Ever' Saturday, December 20th , 2025 Rick Collins said he's having the best offseason of his life and he credited his new training regime. "I feel better than ever. I took up Crossfit this offseason and it has worked wonders for me," said the 27-year-old reliever from the Phoenix Gladiators. "I've lost some weight, I feel faster, I think this upcoming season is going to be my best yet." Collins has certainly never been known as a slacker in his career, but he also credits Crossfit with improving his work ethic. "You get in the gym every day and you get it done," he said. "Hard work is paying off and I'm going to keep working hard all the way through until the season." |
