ABA News Flash: Draft Pool Revealed Thursday, January 26th , 2023 The deadline has passed for players to declare for the first-year player draft. American Baseball Association officials have released a list to all teams with players who can be chosen on draft day. Teams now have a chance to scout the draft pool for 150 days before the draft is held. The Transactions page of the BNN site has been updated to provide everyone a glimpse at the youngsters hoping to become the next baseball legends. The early favorites to be high picks are the following: 1. Tim Wolff, 18 year-old 1B out of high-school. 2. Zach Weakley, 18 year-old 1B out of high-school. 3. Matt Davis, 19 year-old 3B out of college. 4. Cory Bloodsaw, 19 year-old C out of college. 5. Chris Alexander, 19 year-old 2B out of college. 6. Rob Campbell, 18 year-old 1B out of high-school. 7. Randy Wheat, 21 year-old RF out of college. 8. Alejandro Morales, 19 year-old RF out of college. 9. Jamie Perez, 20 year-old 1B out of college. 10. Casey Kearney, 20 year-old LF out of college.
