New York-Boston Deal: Shabazian for Ruiz Wednesday, January 22nd , 2025 The Nightmare announced today the acquisition of 30-year old RHP Mario Ruiz from the Boston Whistlers in exchange for 21-year old minor league C Mike Shabazian. "This isn't the biggest deal out there," acknowledged the Nightmare, "but it should help out both clubs." To date in his career, Ruiz is 18-13 with an ERA of 4.23 and 458 strikeouts. |
