Syracuse Won't Make Playoffs Tuesday, September 24th , 2024 The playoff chase by the Syracuse Scorpions has run out of steam. The club was officially eliminated from postseason contention today. "We came up short," manager Josh Gifford said. This is the club's 5th playoff miss in a row. They last appeared in the postseason in 2019. In total, the Scorpions have missed the playoffs 20 times in their 25-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Scorpions have only made the playoffs once. |
