Fire Officially Fire Freeman as Skipper Wednesday, October 1st , 2025 Zach Freeman had actually diagnosed the problem himself just weeks ago. After a particularly bad stretch of games earlier in the season he said, "The team just needs to change the way it's operating." He probably didn't expect his firing to be one of those changes, though. Nevertheless, this is the route the San Francisco Fire have decided to take, firing Freeman late last night. The Fire have had internal discussions on a potential replacement, but an unnamed source within the front office said that they're taking it one step at a time. The first step seems to have been to remove Freeman. |
