Nick Horrocks Suspended After Nightclub Fiasco Monday, January 13th , 2025 "Look, there's really not much to say," said Indianapolis manager Pete DuBay. "I expressed my concerns when they started this venture, and unfortunately, they came to fruition." Indianapolis teammates Nick Horrocks and Jerry Bowman recently opened a downtown nightclub, but it didn't go as planned, and it resulted in a suspension. Club Velocity has been taking up too much time away from the field, DuBay said, and he had to take action. "I think I made myself very clear. Hopefully other people will use this as an example about how we are in the baseball business, not the nightclub business." |
