Harvey Humbles Tampa Bay, 5-0 Tuesday, September 10th , 2024 In a seemingly effortless performance, Dave Harvey of the Cincinnati Royals shot down the Tampa Bay Captains, 5-0, on 5 hits. "Dave was just locating so well and using his pitches," Cincinnati manager Justin Aaron said later. "He wasn't leaving anything over the plate." Harvey recorded 11 strikeouts and 1 walk in a strong outing. "When he needed to make pitches, he elevated his game," Tampa Bay manager Roberto Quesada said in postgame comments to BNN. "We couldn't get a key hit off him." On the season, Harvey has compiled a 17-6 mark with a 2.70 ERA in 30 starts.
