Amazing Offseason Workout Regimen for Perrigin Thursday, October 8th , 2026 Charleston Sea Dogs' center fielder Jason Perrigin has not been sitting around doing nothing this offseason. Instead he has been putting in long hours building up his strength, practicing his glove work, and hitting in the batting cages. Said Jason, "This season you will see a whole new guy on the field.
