Fleet Hurler Named NC's Best Starter Thursday, October 1st , 2026 Ray Rorie of San Diego excelled on the mound in September with a 4-0 record and was named the Pitcher of the Month in the National Conference. Rorie restricted opposing batters to 19 base hits and a .158 batting average. He rang up 33 strikeouts in 33 innings of work, surrendered 10 walks, and fashioned a 0.82 ERA. His record this year is 14-6 in 23 starts and Rorie has a 2.52 ERA. |
