National Conference South Division Title Goes to Sea Dogs Monday, September 28th , 2026 Tyler Wright said it takes "a lot of dedication and sacrifice" to win a division title. That's why he and his Charleston Sea Dogs teammates were so excited to celebrate their National Conference South Division championship today. "It's been a team effort all year long," he said. "You don't get to this point without the guys in the room believing in what we're doing." That belief has paced the club to a 95-65 record on the season. It is the club's 9th National Conference South Division championship and puts them in position for their 3rd American Baseball Association championship. "It's a talented bunch in that room," manager Sang-ton Che said pointing to his celebrating players. "I wouldn't bet against us." |
