Kinder Sticks It to NC Pitchers Monday, September 1st , 2025 23-year-old George Kinder sent shock waves through American Baseball Association last week with an eye-popping performance that brought him the National Conference Player of the Week Award. A newcomer to the league, Kinder made the establishment sit up and take notice, punishing opposing pitchers with a .429 average, 12 hits in 28 at-bats, 5 home runs and 16 runs batted in. Where the Charleston Sea Dogs first baseman goes from here, only the baseball gods know for sure, but Kinder certainly made his mark last week. Kinder is batting at a .348 pace this season, picking up 23 hits in 66 at-bats with 7 home runs, 22 RBIs and 14 runs scored. |
