AC Names Best Player Monday, August 4th , 2025 What's in a number? In baseball, just about everything. The numbers that Detroit's Ruben Cabriales put up last week were the envy of the league, as Cabriales came away with American Conference Player of the Week honors. He belted out 11 hits in 21 at-bats, 5 home runs and 11 RBIs last week as he posted his .524 batting average. For the season, Cabriales is hitting at a .272 clip with 23 home runs, 75 RBIs and has scored 59 runs. He has 113 hits, 25 walks and a .322 on-base percentage. |
