Eagles Cortez Suffers Setback Wednesday, September 9th , 2026 Indianapolis Eagles second baseman Henry Cortez got another setback today. His doctors informed him that his injury was not responding to treatment as well as they hoped and that he would need more time to rehabilitate. If all goes well, they expect Cortez to be ready to go within 2 weeks. He told BNN, "I didn't expect a strained hamstring to take this long to heal." Posting a .271 batting average to date, Cortez has 17 home runs and 59 RBIs. |
