Boston Captures American Conference Central Division Crown Monday, September 7th , 2026 Boston Whistlers's manager Mike Plocher ran some numbers after all the games were played today, and came to a quick realization - it's done. Boston has clinched the top spot in the division for the 12th time, and now has to be considered one of the favorites in the annual challenge for the World Series. A reporter from the Boston Observer caught up with some fans who were celebrating outside of Whislters Park when they heard the news. "I've always believed in this team. I've been a fan of the Boston Whistlers since the beginning," said season ticket holder John Masters. "I'm looking forward to celebrating our 1st championship soon!" |
