AC Names Most Valuable Player Award Winner
Wednesday, November 16th , 2022
At the age of 24, Manuel Rosas of the Philadelphia Marauders could very well have his best years ahead of him.

It's a startling thought when you consider the year he had in 2022 was good enough to win the center fielder the American Conference Most Valuable Player Award.

"See the ball, hit the ball," he said. "That's my basic approach."

The top hitter put up a .000 batting average this year, as well as a .000 on-base percentage. He played no games and racked up no hits, no doubles, no triples, no home runs, 0 RBIs and no runs scored.

He received 2 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Carlos Herrera of the Boston Whistlers finished second in voting, while Ton Ariëns of the Phoenix Gladiators finished third.
