Pope Bags NC Best Player Award Monday, August 17th , 2026 When it came to hitting the baseball, Corey Pope had few peers in the National Conference this past week. The talented left fielder for Charleston tagged opposing pitchers for a .474 average and was voted the Player of the Week Award.
