Indianapolis's Camarillo Sidelined for Season Monday, July 29th , 2024 The Indianapolis Eagles were dealt a severe blow when Greg Camarillo was hurt throwing a pitch recently in a game against the New York Nightmare. After the game, the team trainer reported Camarillo might have to spend a lengthy time on the injured list. Today doctors confirmed it, ruling the 22-year-old closer out for the rest of the season with shoulder inflammation. They indicated it would take Camarillo at least 8 months to heal. For the year, Camarillo has nailed down 1 save. In 32.2 innings he has fanned 33 batters and walked 11. His record is 4-3 with a 3.86 ERA and the opposition is batting .258 against him. |
