Giants McLaughlin Suffers Setback Wednesday, July 22nd , 2026 First Steve McLaughlin got hurt and suffered a sore elbow. Now he is going to miss even more games. Treatment was going well until yesterday when the Giants center fielder overextended himself in a workout and suffered a setback. The Detroit medical staff have now revised his recovery time to at least one week. This season, McLaughlin has hit at a .310 clip and produced 40 runs batted in, 8 home runs and 44 runs. |
