AC Honors Ariëns, #1 Batter in September Saturday, October 1st , 2022 Ton Ariëns may be much younger than other hitters in the American Conference, but he performed like a seasoned veteran in September to win the Batter of the Month award. The 24-year-old Phoenix third baseman hit .393 with 7 home runs, 21 RBIs and 19 runs scored. In the current season, Ariëns has put up a .301 batting average with 175 hits, 44 home runs, 120 RBI and scored 91 runs. |
