Phoenix Celebrates Wild Card Win Sunday, September 25th , 2022 The Phoenix Gladiators say they are ready for the challenge that lies ahead. The challenge is to capture a World Series title as a wild card team. "The American Conference South Division is a strong division and we still feel good about our chances even though we didn't win it," said third baseman Ton Ariëns. "It's going to be a tougher road to a title, but it's one we're ready to embark on." The team has a 81-78 record and is seeking its 2nd American Baseball Association championship. |
