Halifax Captures American Conference South Division Crown Thursday, September 22nd , 2022 Members of the Halifax Heathens say winning the American Conference South Division title is special, but ultimately they will only be remembered with a championship season. "We want to put ourselves in the history books and win the World Series," said shortstop Leo Orozco. "We all believe it can happen, it's just a matter of putting in the hard work and getting the breaks." It's the 6th division win for the club and they will be vying for their 2nd World Series win. "To see the team get here, it makes you believe in yourself and all the systems you've put in place," said manager David Morris. |
