Carolina Eliminated from Playoff Contention Monday, September 19th , 2022 While they stayed relevant until late in the season, a playoff berth wasn't meant to be this season for the Carolina Crown. The club was eliminated from playoff contention today. "Even though we knew where things stood, it's a disappointment," Crown manager Kyle Caito said. This is the club's 15th playoff miss in a row. They last appeared in the postseason in 2007. In total, the Crown have missed the playoffs 22 times in their 23-year history. |
