Indianapolis Starting Pitcher Hurt Saturday, June 22nd , 2024 Tim Sindt of the Eagles just might have to call it quits for the season. The 21-year-old Indianapolis starting pitcher received a possible season-ending injury against the Tampa Bay Captains recently at Ahoy Park. Sindt suffered a torn labrum while throwing a pitch. The Eagles medical staff said he could be out quite some time, as much as 8 months. On his stats sheet this season, Sindt shows a 1-4 record, 8 starts, 43.2 innings, 38 strikeouts and a 5.15 ERA. |
