Paul McCarthy Out of Lineup, Listed DTD Tuesday, September 28th , 2021 The Phoenix Gladiators said it will be up to shortstop Paul McCarthy whether he plays or not. He suffered a day-to-day injury in yesterday's game against the Halifax Heathens and could be missing a few games. McCarthy was hurt while colliding with a player at a base and sustained a strained oblique. Team doctors told him it could up to 4 weeks before he heals completely. McCarthy is currently hitting at a .265 pace with 11 home runs, 41 RBIs and has scored 95 times. |
