Bad News for Carolina, Narvaez Injured Sunday, May 26th , 2024 A blow for Vinny Narvaez today -- team doctors confirmed he will miss 4 months with a torn labrum. Narvaez suffered the injury throwing a pitch. Although officials from the Carolina Reapers are confident he'll make a full recovery, doubts will persist about Narvaez's ability to return fully fit with an injury of this nature. So far this season, Narvaez has picked up 2 saves in 19 relief appearances. He has also compiled a 4-2 won-lost mark with a 4.66 ERA and fanned 21 batters in 19.1 innings. |
