Friday, July 22nd , 2022
There's a whole lot of pride on the line when the best baseball players throughout American Baseball Association gather for the all-star game.
It was no different this year, as the National Conference bested the American Conference by a score of 4-0, in a spirited contest played at Trash Panda Field.
"It might be a little lower intensity than the regular season or playoffs, but everyone in that clubhouse still wants to win this game," said Mike Green of the National Conference, who was named the game MVP.
Green has played in 263 games and posted a lifetime .277 average. He has 263 hits, 42 doubles, 1 triple and 21 homers. In addition he has driven in 109 runs and scored 92 times.
