Rehab Road Tough for Scorpions Bobby Tapia Sunday, July 17th , 2022 Bobby Tapia's return to the Syracuse Scorpions has been delayed. The 34-year-old third baseman has been in treatment for a shoulder subluxation and was responding well until he suffered sharp pains during a light workout. Upon examination by team doctors they reported that there had been further damage and Tapia will not be back as originally diagnosed. He will now be out at least one week. In the 2022 season Tapia is hitting .307 with 9 home runs. |
