Setback for Pines and Stephen Boland Friday, May 3rd , 2024 Things have gotten worse for Stephen Boland of the Maine Pines. The 25-year-old reliever will not be back as soon as originally expected. Boland is undergoing treatment for a dead arm, but his doctors have expanded his recovery time to at least 2 weeks. An unidentified team official told BNN, "Stephen tried to rush his rehab and suffered a setback." This year, his season stats show Boland has 3 saves in 5 relief appearances with a 0-0 record and 0.96 ERA. |
