Syracuse's Miller Sidelined for Season Saturday, July 8th , 2023 Elijah Miller will soon find out from his doctors if his season will continue. The first diagnosis was not too positive and indicated the Syracuse reliever could miss the remainder of the year. Miller was injured while throwing a pitch in the Scorpions-Nightmare clash at Scorpion Stadium recently. Doctors said he has a torn rotator cuff and would be out a minimum of 16 months. On the year, Miller has recorded 1 save with a 0-3 record over 63 innings. He has mowed down 65 batters on strikes and walked 20 with an ERA of 4.14. |
