Daniel Sizzles with 20-Game Batting Streak Tuesday, June 3rd , 2025 Chalk up another one for Hollywood Stars first baseman Eric Daniel. He now has hit in 20 straight games. Daniel went 1-for-5 in today's game at Mounties Field but saw his club defeated, 9-6, by the host Vancouver Caribou. "Playing on the road always makes it harder to get hits and to get wins," Stars manager Alex Aguilera said after the game. "We got one of the two, but unfortunately it was the wrong one." Eric Daniel grounded out in the 1st, singled in the 2nd, struck out in the 4th, grounded out in the 6th and grounded out in the 7th. This season, Daniel is hitting .385 with 47 hits, 5 home runs, 18 RBIs, scored 16 runs and played in 30 games. |
