Eagles-Fleet Deal: Pitts for Cambridge Monday, July 22nd , 2019 In a move that has fans in both cities buzzing, the Indianapolis Eagles and the San Diego Fleet have agreed to a deal that will have 27-year old LF Jon Pitts heading to San Diego in exchange for 20-year old minor league LHP Dennis Cambridge and 23-year old minor league 1B Fred Noffz. Provided they pass a physical, the players should be with their respective teams in time for tomorrow's games. This year Pitts has batted at a .290 pace with 88 hits, 24 home runs, 50 RBIs and scored 53 times. |
