Helms Rips Syracuse for 5 Hits Thursday, May 22nd , 2025 Glen Helms was the King of Swing at The Hideout in the 9-2 Chicago Gangsters win over the Syracuse Scorpions. The Chicago left fielder stepped into the batter's box 5 times against Syracuse and delivered 5 hits. It was a sensational game for him. "Unbelievable feeling," he told the press. "It felt good. 5-for-5 isn't bad for your batting average either." Glen Helms singled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, hit a solo-shot off Juan Rosales in the 5th, hit a three-run home run off Jared Hall in the 6th and singled in the 8th.
