Aguilar Sticks It to NC Pitchers Monday, July 15th , 2019 Mel Aguilar demonstrated his potential to be a star in the game last week and today he took home the National Conference Player of the Week Award. The Vancouver center fielder wreaked havoc on opposing pitchers last week, pounding them for a .429 average (9-for-21) with 4 home runs and 11 RBIs on his way to claiming the honor. To date, Aguilar has collected 46 hits for a .393 average. He has posted 6 home runs, scored 16 runs and driven in 18 runs. |
