The Tampa Bay Captains left fielder powered three into the stands at Spiders Ballpark today against the Cleveland Wild Things. "It's rare that you actually try to hit a home run," Owens told reporters after the game. "Most of the time you fail, if you really try to hit one. But today, I was really trying on that last one." In all, he was 3-for-3 as the Captains toppled Cleveland by a score of 12-1, knocking in 3 runs and scoring 4 times. "He is blessed with a natural home run swing," Tampa Bay manager Humberto Lopez said. "He gets the ball up in the air."
