Heathens, Invaders Swap Players Sunday, June 13th , 2021 In a move that has fans in both cities buzzing, the Halifax Heathens and the Oakland Invaders have agreed to a deal that will have 30-year old LF Chris Beasley heading to Oakland in exchange for 23-year old minor league C Todd Mota and a 4th round draft pick. Provided they pass a physical, the players should be with their respective teams in time for tomorrow's games. This season, Beasley is batting at a .200 clip with 11 home runs and 29 RBIs. |
