Recovery Slow for Captains Bill Larrain Sunday, June 13th , 2021 Captains second baseman Bill Larrain has suffered a setback in his rehabilitation for knee tendinitis. He was expected to finish treatment soon and rejoin the team slightly ahead of schedule. Doctors reevaluated him after he felt severe pain in a recent workout. The preliminary examination revealed more damage and is worse than the first injury. Anonymous sources in Tampa Bay told BNN Bill Larrain would be absent from the roster quite a bit longer than originally diagnosed. He would now have to miss at least one week. Currently Larrain has 5 home runs and a .264 batting average. |
