Sarabia Sharp in 4-0 Shutout Sunday, December 19th , 2021 Eddie Sarabia of the (DET) Amarillo Dynamo was on top of his game. The 21-year-old tantalized the (SYR) Reno Thieves with crisp curves and changeups, mixed in with just enough fastballs to keep the batters honest, shutting them out, 4-0. "He had the changeup working," (SYR) Reno manager said in postgame comments. "You knew it was coming and you still grounded out -- and then he threw it even slower." The (DET) Amarillo hurler had 7 strikeouts, gave up 2 walks and surrendered 2 hits in his complete-game effort. Sarabia told reporters after the game that "keeping the ball down is the key to being successful in this league." "If you don't do that, they'll make you pay," he said.
