Halifax Bats Go Silent in 2-0 Loss
Dallas starter Kyle Connell put the Halifax offense in a vise grip. The right-hander relied heavily on his fastball in leading the Dragons to a 2-0 win. Rick Ways finished the game for Dallas and earned his 8th save. The Dragons are now 27-56.

Ray Baker had a critical at-bat with two out in the bottom of the sixth for Dallas. He came through with a solo home run to put Dallas in front, 2-0.

"Kyle kept his poise and got the job done," said Dallas manager Juan Gonzales. "He was outstanding."
