Pines Get Clutch Win Versus Toronto

The Maine Pines downed the Toronto Trash Pandas, 7-6, in 12 innings. Jose Valverde led the way, going 4-for-7 for Maine. Maine is in first place in the National Conference North East Division with a record of 54-29.
Kevin Morrow was 1 for 5 with a home run, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once against the Trash Pandas. With the game tied in the top of the 12th inning, he hit a sacrifice fly that put Maine in front, 7-6.
"We battled our tails off to get this win," said Maine manager Chris Ware.
