The outcome was not decided until the very end at Hollywood Grounds.

The Hollywood Stars overcame a good performance by Daytona Beach left fielder Aaron Rakers to knock off Daytona Beach, 7-6, at Hollywood Grounds. Rakers was 3 for 5 with a home run and 2 singles. He drove in 3 runs and scored once. Ryan Fluker came out of the bullpen to earn the win. The right-hander allowed 1 run on 6 hits in 4.1 innings. His record now stands at 1-1.

Hollywood got a knockout punch from Marco Madrigal. The center fielder hammered a 3-run home run in the bottom of the ninth inning to win the game. It might've been his only hit, but it decided the outcome.

"It was offense that won us the game," said winning manager Alex Aguilera.

The Stars are now 36-43, while the Sea Turtles fall to 28-51.
