Scorpions first baseman Matthew Anders put his stamp on his team's 10-6 win over the Cincinnati Royals. Anders went 2 for 5 with a home run and a double. He drove in 4 runs and scored once for Syracuse in the contest. The victory puts Syracuse at 28-50.

Early in the game, Anders had a 3-run home run for Syracuse. It was his 3rd home run of the season and put the Scorpions on top, 3-0.

"Feels good to get the job done," Anders said after the game.
