Galloway Propels Scorpions to 13-6 Win
The Sonoma Scorpions powered past the Hialeah Firecats, 13-6, at Firecats Ballpark. Nate Galloway provided some of the pop. He hit 2 home runs. He drove in 4 runs and scored twice. The Firecats, at 38-95, have lost 5 in a row.

Sonoma used a clutch at-bat from Rich Tangorra to capture the win. The center fielder hammered a 2-run home run in the top of the third inning to put the Scorpions ahead, 2-0. It was his lone hit in 3 at-bats, but it was a humdinger.

"We're not exactly playing great right now," said Garrett Ubersox, the Hialeah manager.
