Sonoma Rallies to 4-2 Win
|
Sonoma Scorpions starter Dave Kramer was in the groove. He led his team to a win over the Miami Boll Weevils, 4-2. Jonathan Harvey picked up the win in relief, improving his record to 14-5. Xavier Tomlin was tagged with the loss. Sonoma is in first place in the Western AA Central Division with a record of 87-44.
Humberto Castano hit a bases-clearing triple off Xavier Tomlin in the bottom of the eighth, which put the Scorpions in front, 4-2. Castano had 1 walk, in addition to the triple. For the game, he went 1 for 3.
"It's nice to come out on top today," said Castano.
