The Stockton Ragin Cajuns beat the London Tigers, 3-1, at Ballpark of Stockton. Starting pitcher Matt Hanna was a big reason why. He held his opponent in check all game. Ricardo Grados snagged the win in relief. He goes to 2-6 on the season. Antonio Mendoza suffered the loss. Ryan Robertson, summoned from the bullpen, notched his 22nd save.

Stockton took a 3-1 lead in the bottom of the eighth inning, when Jeff Jacob hit a clutch 2-run home run to bring Ragin Cajuns fans to their feet.

"Matt made the big pitches when he needed to," said Stockton manager Jeffrey Troke.

Stockton has now won 5 in a row.
